Here at Donatelli Cellars, we call our winery, “A hobby gone astray.”

The truth is that a few friends got together, made some wine, then sat back and said, “Ahh.  Hey!  Maybe we could sell some of this?” 

We crafted a Zinfandel and a darn nice Barbera and just like that, the hobby-days were gone.

Robert DeLemos, Mike Donatelli and Richard Leddy,   created Donatelli Cellars in Lodi, California, to celebrate good times and the indomitable spirit of those willing to take an idea and make it work.  Salud!
